Lee Shalit - Blake has more than 10 years experience working with High-tech start ups. Since 2006 Lee is responsible for overviewing the financial aspects of Nuovafima SpA and Surface Inspection Group, both part of Favonius' current portfolio companies. Prior to this she was Finance Director at HeathWallace (UK) Limited and HeathWallace (HK) Limited, a front end Internet Design Agent. Her responsibilities were setting up and financially managing the UK entity and a subsidiary in Hong Kong, raising capital and growing the company from day one to £2.5M turnover with 30% Operating Profit. Before this she was Financial Adviser to Edge IPK Ltd, Mindhouse Ltd., Legworks Ltd. and Cambista Technologies Ltd. amongst others. For these companies she advised on raising capital, setting up financial plans, management accounts and other documents for the day to day financial management of each company. At Entranet Ltd. (Reading, UK) a privately owned UK e-commerce market leader she held the position of Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. Before this she held the position of Finance Director when her responsibilities included raising £15m capital from private investors. After graduating as a Lawyer, LLB (Hons) in 1996 at Sussex University she studied for CIMA which she is a Finalist now. Lee started her career at the Israeli Air Force as Head of Human Resources.
