Venture Partner

Eric Converse is a Venture Partner since 2003. He brings with him almost 20 years of hands-on management of young, growing companies. As a Venture Partner to Favonius, projects begin with consulting on a current investment and sharing entrepreneurial skills with the management team. Responsibilities grow to financial, operational and ultimately chief executive duties. As a liaison to the investment committee, he advises on additional funding requirements/opportunities and strategic exit possibilities. Converse currently represents the Fund on the Board of Directors for Generated Systems Technology and Nuova Fima SpA. Prior to joining Favonius, Eric was CEO of Oneswoop.com (London) which was sold to Norwich Union Consumer Products (Aviva). Before coming to London, Eric worked for 10 years at Nedamco North America Corporation where he was responsible for the running of the company and the development of new markets (primarily India and China). He took an active role in the successful sale of Nedamco to investors.
